Engagement is how you nurture candidates over time with email. Instead of one-off messages, you build multi-step sequences that send the right email on the right day, and reuse templates for consistent, on-brand copy.

How it fits together

A sequence is an ordered set of steps. Each step sends an email on a set day, using a template. Sequences auto-pause when a candidate replies, so you never keep emailing someone who's already engaged. Nothing sends until you activate a sequence and enrol candidates.

How to get there

Select Engagement in the left menu, then Sequences or Templates. (Hidden if your plan doesn't include engagement.)
