Getting started

Signing in

1. Go to your GoVerse URL (the beta environment is https://beta.goverse.ai).
2. Enter your email and password and select Sign in.
3. You'll land on the Dashboard.

If you don't have an account, ask your account owner to invite you from Settings → User Management.

Finding your way around

GoVerse has three main regions:

• Left menu — moves you between features (Dashboard, Requisitions, Talent Sourcing, and so on). It collapses to icons using the arrow at the top.
• Header — shows your AI Credits remaining and your account menu (top-right), where you can switch to your profile and sign out.
• Main area — the current feature.

AI Credits

Some AI-powered actions (for example generating email copy, or AI screening) consume AI credits, shown in the header. When credits run out, those actions show a clear "out of credits" message instead of running; everything that doesn't use AI keeps working. Credits are managed per account/seat.

Roles

Role	Can do
Owner	Everything in the account, including billing and user management.
Admin	Manage most settings and users.
Member	Day-to-day recruiting work.

Why some features may be hidden

The left menu adapts to your plan and role. Advanced capabilities (AI Screening, Talent Search, Talent Pools, AI Agents, Engagement) are enabled per plan. See Plans & feature access for the full breakdown.
